SEMI-PERMANENT MAKE-UP
Often fleetingly referred to as indelible tattoos, this technique is only carried out on the superficial layers of the skin. This makes it a semi-permanent make-up. After a few years, the traces fade so that the work can be retouched and the shape can be changed to fit in with any changes that have taken place in the shape of the face. Contours start to change with age as we all know, usually moving downwards.
100% PROFESSIONAL
So, there's nothing definitive about it and nothing permanent. Plus it's totally voluntary. And rightly so. With age, our skin starts to lose its elasticity; our features start to droop slightly. Make-up to last thirty years would become terribly ageing. This is why only the superficial layers of the skin are treated which also allows the colour (with the pigments) to gradually fade and disappear. Methods have evolved and it is now possible to work rapidly and accurately to produce a result that is more lifelike than nature itself. The pigments are made of mineral and vegetable elements and are totally harmless for the skin (hypoallergenic).
The technique is used for all different applications and is carried out all year round without any major problems. It is not recommended however to have it done just before going on holiday or before exposure to the sun or UV rays.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The first step is to carry out a pigment allergy test. A study of the morphology is then carried out in order to determine the lines that will best suit the type of face. This provides a precise blueprint of what the desired lines will look like.
After having taken sufficient time to study and analyse your face, and once you are feeling at ease, the treatment can begin. This is carried out using a small high-precision instrument. The nozzle and the needles used are for single use only and are completely sterile. In order to guarantee the 100% fix of the colours and the maximum possible level of transparency, it is advisable to have the lines retouched (for free) two weeks after the procedure.
One point that needs to be mentioned is that people who are susceptible to herpes need to take certain medical precautions and they should mention this before the treatment.
